When stuff is on sale it would be nice to get it at sale price

Went for milkshake. Husband had a malt. It reslly hit the spot on a hot day. Really good service.

Everytime I visit Borger I make it a point to visit Braum's. The burgers and fries are always consistently tasty and I was floored by how good the mixes, malts, and shakes were. Easily one of the better places enjoy a quick bite. Next time I definitely want to try the grocery side. I'm sure I won't be disappointed!

Best Ice cream

Every single time I ask for extra braum sauce, I end up getting just 1 or none at all. Even when I ask if they made sure I got extra. I guess I should check before pulling away (if I even decide to eat there anymore) apparently can’t trust what they say.

I had to go back and fix my 3 times and then they gave me a microwaved grilled chicken. Then I ordered my grandma a deluxe cheese burger meal and they just gave me a hamburger!🤦The other Burgers we had seemed like they just sloped them together. Totally disappointed in the kitchen the girl that took our order was amazing she seemed a little new but she got the order right.

We, the People, want napkins with our food!! Why is this hard? WHY do we have to ask for them? Shouldn't they automatically be included?! Food is decent moat of the time though, but please, NAPKINS.

Service is a bit slow and was not as friendly as expected. Burger was ok but fries were hardly warm.

Service was politely taken and ordered correctly. Husband ordered bacon on his burger and the bacon was raw. We also ordered a banana shake that we were told would be delivered to our table because it was not ready when I picked up our order. Shake was never delivered or money given back. Highly unorganized and dirty store. Will not return.

Great friendly staff. Quick to help you out but not in that hurry get your order in way. They really take the time to get to know you as they work.

Yummy. My family and I absolutely love coming here 😂 their burgers are the best. I always get the bacon cheeseburger haha it's so good. The kids meals are fulfilling also. They have amazing flavors of ice cream. My favorite is birthday cake. They also have a mini grocery store you can shop at. Highly recommend. The service was amazing and the whole restaurant was clean. Love it

Fast and cheap

For a family of five the price is reasonable can all eat for around 50 to 75 dollars and be content as for hunger. Plus the meals can come with either a drink or a milkshake. So you can have dinner and desert all in one reasonable price.

Nothing like a cold 🍔 with unmelted cheese, customer service sucks like all borger tx fast food service.

The hamburgers and ice cream are excellent. The service is adequate, but could be improved upon. Still the best ice cream value compared to any Dairy Queen.
